A written summary
Each project can publish a client-facing summary and the time it was updated.

Files on purpose
Documents appear when they are marked for the portal or granted to that invitee.

Sign and pay when you are ready
Invited clients can sign a document in the portal and pay a shared invoice by card or bank debit once collection is turned on.

Portal invitees are not staff seats. They use a token or email code.

Clients can file requests into the project instead of a side inbox.

Portal theme and logo are yours. On an org subdomain, the portal lives beside the staff app.

Scope
Pay appears only for client portals, only for invoices you shared, and only after payment settings are enabled and a processor is ready. Signature in the portal is an in-product acceptance, not a full e-sign network.
Questions buyers ask
Why can’t my client see Pay?
The invoice has to be shared with that invitee, and payment collection has to be enabled with a connected account or your own processor key.
Do portal users use a staff seat?
No. They are portal invitees. Staff seats are for people who work inside Sigmaviu.
Can they download a signed copy?
Yes. A certificate of the portal signature can be downloaded from documents after they sign.
