Questions buyers ask
Can a vendor update an expired certificate?
Yes. Staff reopen the item and the supplier resubmits through the portal.
Does this send insurance to a registry?
No. The file stays in your organization. You decide what a client or auditor is allowed to see.
Will a PO go out with expired insurance?
Only if you have not turned the gate on. When the gate is on, missing or expired evidence blocks the purchase path you configured.
