Questions buyers ask

Does the score include files we have not linked?

No. Readiness reflects linked as-builts, punch, warranties, certificates, and inspections. Unlinked files do not count.

Can we regenerate after a late submittal?

Yes. Regenerate the snapshot and review the diff.

Is the narrative automatic?

An optional writing assist can draft it. You review the text before it is part of the pack.
