The register shows number, title, and version. Drafts can be removed in bulk. Issued files stay controlled.

Higher risk can demand a stronger approval path, including a staff signature on a critical final approve.

Authoring
Rich-text documents autosave. A formatted preview is the default. Source editing is available when you need it.
Separation of duties
The author or owner can be prevented from approving their own document.
Portal publish
Only documents you mark are visible on the client project hub.
Find the file
The register keeps number and title pinned while the rest of the row scrolls, so you are not hunting a code off-screen.

Scope
This is in-product document control for Sigmaviu projects. It is an operational register with approval history, not a certified records-management archive for every corporate file you own.
Questions buyers ask
Can we start a one-off approval without polluting templates?
Yes. A matrix or custom route can run as a one-time workflow so reusable template lists stay clean.
What happens to drafts?
Draft rich-text documents can be selected and deleted. Non-drafts are not bulk-deleted from that action.
Can AI rewrite a document?
An assist can propose edits you apply block by block. It does not replace the approval record.
