Yes. Portal project hubs show documents marked for the portal, plus files you grant to a specific invitee.
Does the quality pack match our framework?
You can apply or remove an industry pack as a set, including a public-sector pack, and edit what does not fit.
Who can see financials?
Staff permissions and field policies decide who sees invoices and sensitive fields. The portal shows only what you published.
