    Simple templates and Ask Sigma plus a semantic model across delivery, finance, people, QMS, construction, inventory, PLM, ITSM, and ESG. Named metrics with in-app alerts, Explore, project KPI cards, KPI click-through, and page drill-through ship now. Next depth: warehouse DirectQuery through a connected on-prem gateway, email/Slack subscriptions, and richer time-intelligence.

    Durable delayed escalation with cancel-on-resolve already ships via automation_escalation_jobs. Require Approval human gates and portfolio-scoped automations ship now. Actively polishing role-based reassignment pickers, SLA dashboards, and per-step cancel rules UI.
