These terms govern use of the Sigmaviu website and hosted product. They are operational terms you can edit in Admin → Pages. They are not a negotiated enterprise MSA. If your organisation needs a signed agreement, contact us.

The service

Sigmaviu is software-as-a-service for project delivery, documents, and related operational modules. Features depend on your plan, organisation settings, and modules you enable. Marketing pages describe current product capability honestly; roadmap items are not included in the service until they ship.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organisation admins are responsible for who they invite, which modules they enable, and customer data they store. You must not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, probe or disrupt our systems, upload malware, or process content you do not have rights to. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other customers.

Customer data

Your organisation owns the business data it puts in the workspace. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice and cookie notice. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store personal data of your workers, clients, and vendors.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, trials, and seats follow the pricing and checkout flow shown at purchase. Trials may require a payment method. Unused AI credits and storage are not a cash refund unless required by law.

Availability and AI

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. AI features are assistive. Outputs can be wrong; humans remain responsible for decisions, filings, and safety-critical work.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Sigmaviu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts above fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.

A governing-law clause is published only if Super Admin (after counsel) sets one in Admin → Settings. This page does not invent a jurisdiction.
